The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the supply and delivery of an estimated to 8 million litres of finished, blended naval distillate fuel containing 50% by volume of synthesized paraffinic diesel by barge to CFB Esquimalt and an estimated to 9 million litres of finished, blended naval distillate fuel containing 50% by volume of synthesized paraffinic diesel by barge into DND vessels at Vancouver Seaspan Shipyards. The period of the standing offer is from date of issuance of the standing offer until 31 March 2025. This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner.
