MPI welcomes applications for the 2026 Greenhouse Gas Inventory Research Funding Round. All applications must clearly articulate how the proposed research will improve the accuracy of New Zealand's GHG emissions estimates from agriculture, forestry, or other land use. They may be original projects or one of the priorities set out in the 2026 priorities paper.
