Introduction Objectives of the assignment To provide information on how the HIV/TB response can be improved to be more gender-sensitive, equitable, rights-based, and responsive to the needs of key and vulnerable populations. 2. To undertake HIV Key and Vulnerable Populations (KVPs) prioritization. 3. To assess and make recommendations to strengthen the legal and regulatory framework for improved access to HIV diagnosis, treatment, and care. To develop a country action plan for TB to address the identified challenges and opportunities.
