Offerors shall be registered at System for Award Management (SAM). www.sam.gov All questions must be in writing and emailed to Mark.Clayburne@va.gov no later than 10:00 AM CDT 07/20/2026. See attached Statement of Work for details. FOB Destination 90 Days ARO All offerors shall fill out the Buy American Certificate (BAA) and return with the quote. Failure to sign the BAA will result in the quote being unresponsive. Any competitors must come and demonstrate their equipment in order to be considered for award.
