The Canadian Army Land Warfare Center (CALWC) requires various services on an “as and when requested” basis in support of the following functional areas: a. Warfare development of Concepts and Designs. b. Warfare research and analysis. c. Wargaming, experimentation and simulation. d. Support in multinational exercise. e. Communication and information systems including networks. f. Technology demonstration and advanced research projects. g. Command and Control; h. Command, Control, Computer, Communications, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR);
