ROI for a Main Contractor for a new Hall for Chelsea Primary School

The School is planning to undertake these works. This procurement seeks to engage Main Contractor Services for the construction of a new hall/multipurpose building (the Contract Works) for The Board of Trustees (BoT) (The Principal) at Chelsea Primary School (the School). The school is located on the corner of Onetaunga & Balmain Road, Chatswood, Auckland. First opened in 1981, Chelsea Primary School is a co-educational state school catering to students from Years 1 through to 6. The former school hall (now demolished) had reached the end of its serviceable life, and replacement of the building in the same location is required. As depicted in the concept drawings & specifications provided, the new building is currently intended, subject to finalising funding, to have an internal floor area of approximately 330m² and will comprise a hall, kitchen and pantry, storage, and ablution facilities. A timber deck, canopy, and connecting accessible ramp and paving will form the external works. Site Visits are NOT permitted during this ROI stage.
