Leander Independent School District (known herein as "LISD" or "District") is accepting proposal responses from vendors interested in providing the following products or services:Operational Support Contracted Services Leander ISD is accepting proposals from vendors to provide operational support contracted services in accordance with the instructions, terms and conditions and requirements/specifications contained in this solicitation. This solicitation is issued per Texas Education Code Chapter 44, Sub Chapter B.NOTE: The services included in this solicitation do not include construction-related services that qualify under Texas Government Code 2269.NOTE TO INTERESTED VENDORS: Leander ISD seeks to create a list of awarded Contractors to provide a varied list of services. Examples of contracted services the District is requesting proposals for are, but are not limited to:Access Control ServicesArbor Tree ServicesCustodial Equipment Maintenance and Repair Equipment RentalsGlass ServicesIndustrial Equipment Maintenance and RepairLandscape ServicesLocksmith ServicesMaintenance Equipment Maintenance and RepairMaterial Handling Equipment Maintenance and RepairOverhead Door Maintenance and RepairParking Lot Maintenance Towing ServicesTransportation Ride Share ServicesOther services identified to be operational support that are not listed aboveWhen LISD has a need for these services, LISD may use the list of vendors as a primary source to obtain the services. There is no obligation upon LISD to use any particular Contractor and there is no guarantee of any quantity of orders. LISD will choose the Contractor that best meets its needs.
