BACKGROUND \n\n \n\n The purpose of this RFI is to conduct Market Research regarding a contracting effort to procure a Solid State 400Hz Frequency Transformer for the test stands for the F22 and F16 Aircraft and the Viper Operational Flight Procedure (OFP) Integration and Debug (VOID) project. \n\n B. PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS \n\n \n\n The Contractor shall provide a Controlled Systems 400Hz Solid State Frequency Converter or equal (Please see attached PD/Equipment List) \n\n Section 1: Company Profile (please limit this section to a single page) \n\n 1. Please describe your company’s general experience with Frequency Converters for Military Aircraft Test Labs. \n\n 2. Describe similar products offered to the Government. \n\n 3. What is your business size and type (i.e., small, woman-owned, veteran-owned, etc.) assuming NAICS code: 335311 \n\n Section 2: Capability (please limit this section to no more than two pages) \n\n 5. Is your company an authorized reseller of Controlled Systems? \n\n Section 3: Proposed Approach (please limit this section to a single page) \n\n 7. Would you recommend a different NAICS Code than 335311. \n\n 8. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. \n\n 9. Please provide a simple outline and schedule (lead time) for this effort. \n\n 10. If subcontracting is a part of the solution, what percentage will be subcontracted? \n\n 11. Can you provide a total cost estimate for this contract? \n\n Section 4: Additional Comments/Information (please limit this section to a single page) \n\n 12.
