This approach must allow for cost flexibility, being billed on a utility basis depending on actual usage throughout the contract's lifecycle. In addition, the required managed services should include comprehensive provision and maintenance of all necessary assets, such as hardware, software, licensing, and all relevant design, logistics, field maintenance, and systems engineering services. The primary objective is to ensure seamless, adaptive, and efficient storage management that can meet the evolving requirements of the Government's operations. \n\n The scope of this contract requires a managed storage service for the Government that provides solutions for all application workloads. The solution includes the hardware, the operating software, network management tools/software, technical services, and operational control.
