PABLO CREEK METAL BUILDING ROOF, GUTTER, AND DOWNSPOUT REPLACEMENT

Description

The St. Johns River Water Management District (the “District”) is requesting submittals from qualified, licensed contractors with a minimum of five (5) years of experience to demolish and replace the existing roof, gutters, and downspouts of a metal building utilized by the prior owner as an airplane hangar. The Work shall result in a complete, structurally sound, watertight roofing system that complies with all applicable current Florida roofing codes and requirements. The estimated budget for the Work is $200,000. All Work must be fully completed no later than September 30, 2026. A Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total base bid amount shall be submitted with Respondent’s submittal.
