The Project comprises several different Lots. Alteration of former Leprechaun Bar to create a new through access and public amenities including a changing places facility. And restoration, alteration and extension of a former Department Store and associated outbuildings. Creation of a new pedestrian street and public realm park between Pound Street / Bank Place and the Supervalu retail complex. Also the restoration and alteration of a stone outbuilding to a creative makers hub. The alteration and refurbishment of the Northern Building and upgrade of associated siteworks
