However, Parata Packaging software is proprietary for the Parata Systems that interface and run the device.\n\nThe contractor shall provide all labor, travel expenses, tools, equipment inspection, personnel service/maintenance (software technicians must be OEM trained, telephone support, and parts required for the maintenance and services of this equipment. The contractor must be an authorized distributor/reseller for Panasonic and Parata to provide maintenance, service and software for the government requirement. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. Size standard $34 Million.\n\nThis procurement is being conducted under Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12.102(a) Restricting Competition and FAR 5.001 Notice of Proposed Contract Action. This notice is not a request for quotes, but rather a notice of intent to sole source.\n\nThe anticipated award date is 01 March 2026. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract.\n\nPlease note that this is not a request for competitive quotes and is being posted for informational purposes only. The Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice. However, interested parties who disagree with this action may submit a letter of interest that demonstrates your firm s technical expertise, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) authorization letter and personnel OEM training/certifications to perform services.
