The Porirua WWTP Alternative Solids Handling Upgrade Stage 1 project is further described in clause 2 below and in the Principal’s Requirements provided as part of this RFT. This RFT is an invitation and not an offer capable of acceptance by a Tenderer. The RFT process will be governed by the Conditions of Tendering. However, no binding contract will arise unless and until the Principal gives written acceptance in accordance with clause 9.5 of the Conditions of Tendering. The works required generally includes the design, supply, delivery to site, construction, installation, testing, commissioning and handover of the Alternative SHU Stage 1.
