This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, any interested party that believes it can meet the P-8A antenna gasket requirement described herein may provide a response and provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement. All responses received in writing by December 22, 2025, will be considered by the Government. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the supplies outlined in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
