{"description":" NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE \n\n Project Title: P-8A Aircraft Antenna Gasket – United States Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) – PMA 290 \n\n General Services Administration hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for the P-8A antenna gasket to Aviation Devices and Electronic Components L.L.C., 3215 W Loop 820, Fort Worth, Texas, 76116, UEID HYFGDXK754B4 on behalf of the United States Naval Air Systems Command. \n\n The proposed procurement is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of DFARS 206.302-1, FAR 13.106-1(b)(2), and in accordance with FAR 13.501(a) as only one source will reasonably satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, any interested party that believes it can meet the P-8A antenna gasket requirement described herein may provide a response and provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement. All responses received in writing by December 22, 2025, will be considered by the Government. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the supplies outlined in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. \n\n List of components: \n\n Document: P-8A Antenna Gasket Information \n\n This document compiles technical specifications, replacement options, and relevant NAICS codes for the P-8A Poseidon antenna gasket, part number ********* . \n\n Part Details & Description \n\n The antenna gasket is a specialized, pre-cured, conductive antenna gasket manufactured by Av-DEC.
