Our primary objectives are to: • To move from a single supplier to a panel of qualified suppliers • Identify suppliers who can provide ongoing development and maintenance services for our Salesforce implementation. • Understand the capabilities and experience of potential suppliers, both within New Zealand and internationally. • Explore alternative pricing models beyond time and materials-based pricing. • Assess the prevalence of security certifications such as ISO27001 or SOC2 among potential suppliers.
