All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2025-09-08 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) (the “Client”) on behalf of PWGSC’s Human Capital Management Solution Branch, for Strategic Advice and Business Consulting Services. It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract, for one (1) year plus three (3) one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract. Canada has invoked the national security exceptions provided for in the trade agreements, therefore this solicitation of offers is excluded from all of the obligations of all the trade agreements.
