This is to inform all interested parties that the proposals submission closing date / proposal opening date of the above Request for Proposals, which was originally advertised on 10th April 2026 in the ‘Daily News’ newspaper, official web page of the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development Sri Lanka (www.treasury.gov.lk/procurement/procurement-notices), official web page of the World Bank (https://projects.worldbank.org) and www.promise.lk (local access only), has been extended as follows;

Revised Closing Date and Time for Submission of proposal

1500 hours Sri Lanka time (GMT + 5:30) on 09th July 2026

Proposals submission will be closed at the above-mentioned time and will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the authorized representatives of proposers who choose to attend. Late submissions will not be accepted.
