Records consist of all data points pertaining to the life cycles of all MWD, including but not limited to health, training, utilization, and final disposition (death or retirement.) The applicable NAICS code is 541512 - Computer Systems Design Services. \n\n Market research has revealed that this contractor is the only source capable of providing the required service. Therefore, the government intends to procure this requirement on a sole source basis from All-In Solutions, LLC. \n\n THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received by the deadline given with this notice will be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
