Airport Drive \n\t\t West: Vineyard Avenue \n\t \n\t \n \n\n Expressions of interest should include the following: \n\n \n\t Building name and address \n\t Location of available space within the building \n\t AutoCAD file of the available space \n\t Usable square feet (USF) and rentable square feet (RSF) of available space \n\t Proposed rental rate per RSF (shell rent and operating rent) \n\t Evidence of ownership or authorization to represent owner \n \n\n Lease award will be based on Best Value Trade Off. The details regarding the Method of Award and requirements are noted in the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP).
