Review of Bufetat and the municipalities ́ work on recruiting foster care.

Description

As responsible ministry for the child welfare service, the Ministry of Children and Family Affairs (BFD) wants updated knowledge on recruitment of foster care. The general objective of the assignment is to obtain knowledge on how Bufetat and the municipalities respectively work on recruiting foster care, for use in the ministry ́s work on policy development in the foster home area. The assignment will be valid from when the contract is signed until the final report is submitted 05.03.2027 and has a combined upper financial limit of up to NOK 1.5 million excluding VAT. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. See annex 1 of the contract for further details on the delivery.
