Final Evaluation of the UNESCO Project “Supporting Member States in Implementing UNESCO’s Recommendation on the Ethics of Artificial Intelligence through Innovative Tools”

Description

UNESCO seeks a qualified company to conduct the final evaluation of the project "Supporting Member States in Implementing UNESCO's Recommendation on the Ethics of Artificial Intelligence through Innovative Tools" (funded by the European Commission Directorate-General for International Partnerships), covering the full project cycle from July 2023 to June 2026 across 18 beneficiary countries. The company will carry out a desk review, stakeholder interviews, focus groups, and an online survey, and will produce: (i) an inception report, (ii) a draft evaluation report and (iii) a final evaluation report. The assignment runs from end of June to mid-September 2026.
