The concern was on the potential structural and durability impacts of the water ingress and corrosion. There has been an investigation by a structural engineer which has resulting in an assessment of the observable defects and scope of works with specifications for remediation. The intended outcome is that the remedial steps taken as part of this project address the identified defects listed in the structural engineer’s report.
