Description

The City of Meriden is requesting qualifications/proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive project management and owner’s representative services to the Meriden Public School District (the “District”) and City, in connection with the planning, design, construction, and closeout of a project for the construction of the new Casimir Pulaski Elementary School and grounds (the “Project”) at 1 King Place, Meriden, Connecticut 06451 (the “Property”), and in connection with an anticipated school building project grant from the State of Connecticut for the Project. The selected firm will be the owner’s representative and project manager engaged by the City for the Project (the “Owner’s Project Manager” or “OPM”). This solicitation is both a request for qualifications and a request for proposals (“RFQ/RFP”).
