AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and Supply Arrangements (SAs) must be submitted on or before October 31, 2029 by 2:00 PM EDT. All SAs submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the SAs being declared non-responsive. This Request for Supply Arrangements (RFSA) E60HP-19TRLR is to establish supply arrangements for the procurement and delivery of the requirement detailed in the RFSA to the Identified Users across Canada, excluding locations within Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec, and Labrador that are subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs). Any requirement for deliveries to locations within CLCAs areas within Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec, or Labrador will have to be treated as a separate procurement, outside of the resulting supply arrangements. Annex A - Purchase Descriptions (PD), to this RFSA contains the specifications to the requirement.
