REOI (Request for Expressions of Interest) 2026 - 23 for the provision of “Support in strengthening the Kolubara biodistrict, Serbia”

FAO Regional Office for Europe and Central Asia is requesting Expressions of Interest (EoI) from eligible companies in anticipation of a tender for the following services: Support in strengthening the Kolubara biodistrict in Serbia: The services/outputs being sourced are: Provision of technical and operational support for the strengthening of capacities of the Kolubara biodistrict to support its sustainability and further development, as well as to improve their capacities to serve as a model for replication in other regions. The activities would include: - development of an online sales module, - implementation of promotional activities, - assessment and identification of potential new regions for biodistrict development, and - delivery of training sessions for Kolubara members and partners.
