Red Head Harbour, Dredge Spoils Removal

Description

The project involves removing all dredge spoils from the containment cell at Red Head Harbour, including excavation to the geotextile layer. Spoils will be transported to the Envirem Organics facility in Memramcook, NB (45.982708, -64.479081), and the geotextile will be disposed of at an approved PEI site. Following removal, the embankments will be regraded, temporary 6 ft fencing will secure the work area, and the site and access routes will be cleaned and restored.
