The anticipated award date is on or about 1 June 2026 (subject to change). The government anticipates utilizing a competitive source selection approach, Lowest price technically acceptable approach, IAW RFO 15.103-2, for evaluating sources and following contract award procedures found at RFO 12.204 and RFO 36.201-2. \n\n Description of the requirement: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to replace approximately 2,100 SF of the upper section of the roof system of Building 3356.
