This requirement is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). \n\n The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06, effective 1 October 2025 and DFARS DPN change notice 20251110. \n\n A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) award wil be made in accordance with the following: \n\n This acquisition is being solicited as Brand Name and Full and Open Competition. \n\n Note: all items provided must be IAW FAR Subpart 25.1 Buy American- Supplies or be from one of our partnering countries IAW FAR Subpart 25.4 Trade Agreements, as applicable. \n\n It is the offeror's responsiblity to ensure the quote has been receiced by the contracting office by tephone or email confirmation, as desired. Facsimile (fax) quotes will not be accepted.
