Extension of the SGS school complex in Gutenbrunnen, Schübelbach

Description

As part of the extension of the Gutenbrunnen school complex in 8862 Schübelbach, the contract covers the execution of all plumbing and roofing works, as well as the installation of the lightning protection system, to complete and secure the building envelope and provide external protection for both buildings. The scope of work includes the design, manufacture and installation of all necessary components for roof drainage, cladding, connections and metal flashings, as well as all waterproofing and roofing works. Also included are the supply and installation of the complete lightning protection system, including arresters, down conductors and the earthing system. In addition, the works must be coordinated and agreed with the components provided by the client and with adjacent trades. All works are being carried out whilst the school remains in operation and therefore require particularly careful planning, scheduling and coordination.
