The scope of works will entail the below, all documents and plans will be made available to those shortlisted through to the RFP stage: • Structural Improvements which consist of adding structural steel in certain areas • Re-pitching the roof and internal gutters to sections of the station • Replacement of external weatherboards • Replacement of external joinery • Upgrading the electrical distribution boards • Upgrading fire and smoke separations and egress routes • Installation of an approved fire alarm system • Reconfiguration of ablutions to support gender diversity • Installation of mechanical ventilation system
