MSD is undertaking early market engagement through this RFI to better understand current market capability and geographic coverage, explore recommended cleaning service models (input-based, outcome-based, or hybrid), understand best-practice approaches to consumables management and identify risks, opportunities, and innovation relevant to large, multi-site government portfolios. The information gathered through this RFI will be used to support planning and to help determine future requirements and future procurement approach, if any. This RFI does not commit MSD to proceeding with a procurement, retendering existing contracts or adopting any particular service model or solution.
