{"description":" The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC), Shared Services procurement (SSP), Baltimore, MD has a requirement to procure various Rolls Royce Services America (RRSA) parts as identified in Attachment 1, to support the overhaul of the Motoren-und Turbinen-Union (MTU) 20V4000M93L series diesel engine. \n\n This requirement must be completed using only genuine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. Alternate part numbers or aftermarket parts shall not be accepted. It is the Government's belief that only RRSA, the OEM, or their authorized distributors can successfully supply these parts to ensure form, fit, and functions with existing engines. All engineering and technical data is proprietary to the OEM. Therefore, it is the Government's intent is to solicit and negotiate only with the OEM and/or their authorized distributors.
