The Contract Works required are: “This project entails the framing out and installation of large windows and doors, removal of internal walls to open up the rooms, internal refurbishment, foundation works, a covered roof area between blocks, fire alarm and services work, repainting of surfaces, wall and floor coverings along with ceiling acoustic linings”. All tender documentation and necessary information attached. Contractors MUST visit site for tender to be compliant. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit. Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would start as soon as possible after confirmation provided, however this will be discussed with the successfull contractor and school once funding approvals are confirmed.
