Only offerors holding an Audio-Visual Supply Arrangement (SA) at the time of the solicitation closing, under E60HN-25AVSA series are eligible to submit an offer. The SA is incorporated by reference and forms part of this solicitation of offers. The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the supply, delivery, installation, systems programming, testing and commissioning, systems documentation, project management, and extended maintenance of Audio-Visual equipment for the Royal Military College, Kingston (Ontario). The Audio-Visual equipment must be delivered before March 31, 2026.
