The successful supplier will liaise with our Project Manager to ensure a mutually agreeable project plan is formulated and maintained, enabling the project to flow seamlessly. The plans, specifications and reports that form part of this RFP provide the detail on what’s required. Below is an overview of the scope of works that’s to be included: • Demolition of first floor and adjoining carport • Structural Strengthening • Internal remodeling to accommodate a fit for purpose office space • Potential Asbestos removal • Fire Alarm Upgrade • Accessibility • Electrical, Lighting and Data Upgrade • Mechanical and Heating • Floor Coverings • Coordinating workflow with Fire and Emergency appointed roofing and drainage contractors To arrange a site visit on 10.30am 05/03/26 please email tim.tootell@fireandemergency.nz A notice of Intent to respond is requested to be returned by 10/03/26.
