This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.SAM.gov. \n\n This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. \n\n This notice is intent to sole source with Kingsbury, Inc. a Large Business. \n\n Vendors must be Kingsbury, Inc. authorized distributor who is the OEM and provide documentation to be considered. \n\n Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 12:00PM Eastern Standard Time on 29 January 2026 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
