This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-05, effective August 7, 2025.\n\nThe associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811310 (size standard $12.5 million). \n\nThis requirement is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).\n\nThe Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 requires a contractor to Generator & ATS maintenance, testing & inspection services for Ann Arbor VA Medical Center, located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, for a period of one year with four possible option years. Please reference the Statement of Work for specific information and requirements.\n\nThe anticipated contract period is February 1, 2026 January 31, 2031, if all options are exercised. \n\nQuotes MUST be received on or before the date and time specified in Block 8 of the SF1449 solicitation.
