The firm fixed-priced contract will provide for continued legal support service which are under way for the U.S. State Department to purchase real estate in Jerusalem. As Shimron, Molho, Perskey & Co is in the middle of the necessary legal transaction, it would be detrimental to the Government to change legal counsel at this point in the property acquisition process.
