The Contractor shall conform to all federal, state, local requirements; Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and applicable manufacture standards as required in the PWS. Work must be performed in accordance with (IAW) the Air Force Instruction (AFI) 32-2001-Fire Emergency Services Program; Air Force Consolidated Occupational Safety Standard; and Codes of Federal Regulations (CFR) 29 CFR and 40 CFR; the current edition of National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 17, Standard For Dry Chemical Extinguishing Systems; NFPA 17A, Standard For Wet Chemical Extinguishing Systems; NFPA 70, National Electric Code; NFPA 72, National Fire Alarm Code; and NFPA 96, Standard for Ventilation Control and Fire Protection of Commercial Cooking Operations.
