CPC Employee Experience Automation SaaS Platform RFP

Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider that will provide the Canada Post human resources (HR) program with a flexible client portal provided as a commercially available Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering with integrated HR case management and orchestration related functionality. The contract will be granted for an initial term of seven (7) years, with up to thirteen (13) additional option years, exercised in increments at Canada Post's discretion. An award of contract does not guarantee a minimum quantity of products and services contracted under each agreement.
