Salisbury Housing Committee New Housing Units at Dresser Woods

Notice is hereby given that bids will be accepted by the Salisbury Housing Committee (SHC) for new construction of 20 affordable rental units in nine buildings at Dresser Woods. Bid proposals are invited and will be received by SHC until 4:00PM on July 23, 2026. Bids are to be submitted by email to Jocelyn Ayer at jocelyn@thehousingcollective.org. An OPTIONAL pre-bid conference will be held at the site, 37 Railroad Street, Salisbury, CT on Wednesday, June 23, 2026, at 2:30PM. Contract Documents including plans & specifications can be viewed and purchased online at the Advanced Reprographics website beginning on June 10, 2026. Visit www.advancedplanroom.com and select “New Units at Dresser Woods”. Addenda to this bid will be issued via email. Contractors intending to bid MUST BE REGISTERED on the Advanced Reprographics plan holder’s list to receive a direct email of all addenda.
