RFI - Low-code platform licenses

Description

The Norwegian Directorate of Health plans to acquire licenses for a web-based low-code application development platform (standardized cloud services) in order for the Directorate to continue building and maintaining their applications. The Directorate plans to enter into an agreement directly with a producer of lowcode tool.The goal is to collect feedback from the market to ensure the upcoming procurement meets actual needs and is well-designed.Responses should be submitted via the Mercell communication module by October 17.
