The Government’s \ndesire is for a full service lease for approximately 900 rentable square feet of \nretail/office space for an Armed Forces Career Center for a term not to exceed \nfive (5) years with Government termination rights and located within a \ndefined delineated area: within the city limits of Stillwater, OK. Nonexclusive \non-site parking for government vehicles must be provided for on a \n24 hours 7 days a week basis. Offered space must meet Government \nrequirements per the terms of the Government Lease. Interested \nrespondents may include building owners and representatives with the \nexclusive right to represent building owners.
