A fully serviced firm-fixed priced lease term up to 20 years (10 years firm/ 10 years non-firm) will be considered. \nSpace shall be in a modern quality Building of sound and substantial construction with a facade of stone, marble, brick, stainless steel, aluminum, or other permanent materials in good condition and acceptable to the VA.
