In order to ensure that the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) equipment and facilities are well maintained and have a high availability, the MEP maintenance provider conducts scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and ensures that all equipment complies with Building Warrant of Fitness (BWOF) requirements. We seek to engage a service contractor to provide continued scheduled and responsive maintenance services, including annual certification for BWOF compliance. This is a 3-year term contract commencing 1 March 2026 with 2 right-of-renewals of 1 year each i.e. maximum contract duration is 5 years.
