Government intends to solicit for the procurement of the attached item. All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. \r\n\r\nThis notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.\r\nHowever, all proposals received by 4:30 PM Eastern Time on November 11th, 2025, will be considered by the Government.\r\nA determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
