{"description":" DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT \n\n The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT), Office of the Senior Procurement Executive (OSPE), in support of the Office of the Secretary of Transportation (S-1), is conducting market research to identify qualified contractors to provide services to standardize and expand the Department’s multi-media capabilities. \n\n This notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or a request for formal offers. Should USDOT move forward with procurement, a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued at a later date.
