{"description":"The James H. Quillen VA Medical Center, 809 Lamont St, Mt Home, TN 37684 has a requirement to Project Number 621-23-104. Contractor shall completely prepare the site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for James H. Quillen VAMC as required by drawings and specifications for the relocation of Police Dispatch. All work performed shall be conducted in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations, codes, VA policies/regulations, specifications, drawings and the SOW.\nThe period of performance will be 365 calendar days.\n\nPRODUCT/SERVICE CODE: Z1DA Maintenance of Hospitals and Infirmaries\n\nThis will be a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns under the authority of 38 U.S.C. section 8127(d).\n\nNAICS Code 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, applies to this requirement.
