Introduction The purpose of this procurement is to identify and secure a suitable venue for the UNDP Open House event that meets the operational and experiential requirements of the event. The venue must support an open and engaging environment, accommodating multiple exhibitions stands, immersive experiences (including VR), a photobooth, gallery installations, and a dedicated space for presentations and discussions, while ensuring accessibility, adequate parking, and smooth attendee flow.
