Installation of the new washers and dryers will be completed by FCC Victorville Facilities staff. The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Federal Correctional Complex in Victorville, California intends to make a firm fixed price single award to a responsible vendor who can provide required items that are equal to or better than the specifications provided in statement of work. The items being solicited must be of similar dimensions to specification in statement of work to ensure items will be able to clear hallways and doorways, for installation in our Special Housing Unit. \n \nSolicitation and Buy Attachments \n \n***Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions must be submitted by emailing SCampos-Jimenez@bop.gov. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** \n \nFor this solicitation, DOJ BOP Field Offices- FCC VICTORVILLE intends to award to resposnsible Small Business Set aside a Firm Fixed Price contract. Offers must be submitted electronically to Santos Campos , Contract Specialist, at scampos-jimenez@bop.gov on or before 02/06/2026 2:00pm PST . Any offers received after this date will not be evaluated. Failure to comply with the below terms and conditions may result in offer being determined as non-responsive. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time an offer or quotation is submitted, excluding the exceptions outlined in FAR 4.1102(a). Registration information can be found at www.sam.gov. \n \nIn addition to providing pricing for this solicitation, each Bidder/Offeror/Quoter must provide any required, NON-PRICING responses (e.g. technical proposal, representations and certifications, etc.) so that they are received no later than the closing date and time for this Buy. \n \nSupplies to be delivered by approximately May 29, 2026. \n \nThe Contractor shall comply with the following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses, which are incorporated in this contract by reference, to implement provisions of law or Executive orders applicable to acquisitions of commercial items \n \nAs defined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 2.101, the terms “offer” and “offeror” refer to a response to a solicitation that, if accepted, would bind the submitter to perform the resultant contract. The terms “quotation,” “quote,” and “quoter” refer to a non-binding submission in response to a Request for Quotation (RFQ) which is not an offer. \n \nUnless the Buyer indicates otherwise within a particular line item description, each Seller shall include in its online Bid/Proposal/Quotation individual pricing for all required line items in order to be considered for award.
